Creating a new treatment

We aim to make the process of creating treatments as seamless and efficient as possible, empowering you to focus on your creative vision.

Navigate to the Treatment page

Start a new treatment by clicking the create treatment button

Give your treatment a name and enter the brand name

Important step Upload or copy and paste a project brief

Just like a human writer, reading the agency brief will give Ana context for the project – The better the brief, the better the results.

Try to provide more than 300 characters for better results.

Option 1: Upload a pdf or word doc with a maximum of 128MB

Option 2: Copy and paste the brief text into the input field

Important step Upload your call recording or choose "no recording"

This is an important one! If you recorded the agency briefing call, please upload it here. Ana will listen to the call, identify key points and write top-line notes. It’s a key feature that makes a big difference.

Option 1: We recomment to upload a mp3, wav, aiff, mp4, avi, mov or m4a with a maximum of 512MB

Choose language: After you uploaded your call recording please choose the language that was spoken during the meeting.

Option 2: If you choose the "no recording" option Ana will not extract any key points for you and you will miss you on the prompt suggestions feature.

Choose your writing style

Ana will use this writing style thoughout the whole treatment, but you can still change your mind part way through, so no pressure!

Start the process by clicking "Create treatment"

This is when Ana will start flipping through our files and prepare all the information necessary to create your treatment base

Describe your vision in as much detail as possible. The more detailed your description, the better Ana can understand and generate the desired content.

For a better result write a minimum of 100 characters and a maximum of 3.000 characters.

Open and close the Editor through the " Edit treatment " button

Use the Editor to bring it all together

Continue crafting your treatment within the editing workspace by bringing all your sections together and formatting your text.

Make it even better

Engage Ana's versatile capabilities to refine your text through rephrasing, elaborate on a paragraph or shorten the text.

Once you finished your treatment you can easily download the file by clicking the "Download" button

BETA Create your own writing style

Ana can analyze your past treatments and create a custom writing style that sounds just like you.

Create yours by uploading 3-5 treatments that have a similar writing style. Your writing style will then be available to select alongside the writing style pre-sets.
